Who we are. This store is operated by COUSSA GROUP Inc., 8260 rue Sorel, Brossard, Québec, Canada. Our Privacy Officer is Adam Coussa. Contact: privacy@mindsetoverdiscipline.com, or by mail at the address above.
What we collect. To process an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number (if you give one), and the items you order. Payment details are entered with Stripe and we do not see or store your full card number. We also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit the site, and standard store cookies that keep your cart working.
Why we use it. To take and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns and questions, keep our records and meet tax and legal obligations, and keep the site secure. In Canada we rely on your consent, express or implied as the law allows (PIPEDA; Québec’s private-sector privacy law as amended by Law 25).
Marketing. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something. We send marketing email only if you ask for it (CASL; CAN-SPAM for U.S. recipients).
Who we share it with. Stripe (payment processing and fraud checks). The shipping carrier that delivers your order. Our email delivery provider, which sends order emails. Google, if you consent to analytics cookies. Tax authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored. This site is hosted by WHC in Canada. Some providers process data outside Canada, including in the United States. [Counsel to confirm wording.]
How long we keep it. Order records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules, then we delete or anonymize them. Email correspondence for 2 years.
Cookies. This site uses cookies needed to run the cart and checkout. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies load only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention duties, and withdraw consent where it applies. Write to privacy@mindsetoverdiscipline.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Children. The store is not directed to children under 18.
