Who we are. This store sells Mindset Over Discipline merchandise. It is operated by COUSSA GROUP Inc., 8260 rue Sorel, Brossard, Québec, Canada (“we”, “us”). In these terms, “you” is the person placing an order.
What these terms cover. They apply to purchases of merchandise made on this website. They do not cover the Mindset Over Discipline coaching program, which has its own agreement.
Products. Items are shown with photographs and concept renderings. Colours may look different on your screen. Sizes are listed on each product page. A size guide is on each product page.
Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout where required by law. We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order, plus the taxes shown at checkout.
Placing an order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable or if we cannot verify the order.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are not stored on this site. Your card is charged when you place the order.
Shipping. We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free. Orders ship within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days after shipping, plus possible customs time. business days after shipping.] Delivery times are estimates. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds. Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags, you pay return shipping, refund to the original payment method after inspection.
Damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it.
Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including in Québec.
Intellectual property. The Mindset Over Discipline name, logo, designs and statements are protected. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are heard in the judicial district of Montréal, subject to any consumer rights that apply to you.. Counsel to confirm.]
Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
